Introductory

  • The introductory presentation-workshop can be tailored to your needs. It can be a stand-alone session or the start of a longer program.

    The standard length is 1.5 hours but can be lengthened depending on your requirements.

  • This introduction to Ecocentres Everywhere is an immersive presentation-workshop that covers the foundational ideas of ecological thinking and design by engaging in activities to help you start thinking more deeply about how to integrate ecological thinking into your pedagogies and practices everyday.

    This can be for the whole staff or targetted teams.

  • $400 is the minimum fee for a standalone 1-1.5 hour presentation or workshop.

Intermediate

  • The intermediate package can be tailored to your needs. It includes the introductory presentation/workshop as well as guided strategic planning meetings, targetted training with different teams, and ecological school and grounds design guidance.

    This can take 2 days to 1 week depending on the size of your school. It can include consultations with your School Council/Board.

  • This intermediate package includes the introductory presentation/workshop for your whole staff or targetted teams.

    It then includes any combination of the following:

    • Strategic planning meetings with specific teams including leadership and School Council/Board

    • Targetted training for specific teams

    • Pedagogical mentoring - providing & modeling a suite of ideas, resources & activities to incorporate into learning programs

    • Integrating ecological pedagogies into the whole curriculum including incidental conversations

    • Connecting spaces & the hidden curriculum into the ecologies of learning

    • Ecological buildings & grounds design including food gardens, composting systems, & Indigenous revegetation

  • This varies greatly depending on your days and requirements.

    The baseline fee is $1000 per day.

    We have a sliding scale based on your context so contact us to discuss fees.

Integrated

  • This program runs for 6 weeks.

    EE services can be further extended after the 6-week program to a full term or ongoingly if requested.

  • This fully Integrated program includes everything in the Intermediate program over a 6 week period.

    It can be offered to the whole school staff or a targetted team.

    Pedagogical mentoring can also include co-teaching and modeling pedagogies and activities with students.

    This program can focus on curriculum & pedagogy, or strategic planning, or ecological school design, or a combination of all.

    Ongoing pedagogical mentoring and iterative planning after the 6-week program can also be arranged.

  • This varies depending on your requirements.

    The baseline fee is $1000 p/d. For ongoing mentoring, a minimum 2-hour fee of $400.
